Like every other hospital in the country, many things are inadequate, but relatively, they are good at what they do. A teaching hospital should be the best, i guess less funding and workers' welfare not taken care of is the problem, but on the whole, they are good and popular

Just hearing the name Lasuth makes my heart skip. I never wish to be admitted here but some thing led to the other and it happened. Been having so machine pain consistently. I was admitted in a private clinic and before I was transferred to another General hospital at Ifako ijaiye. I was in GHIfako for 2 days before I was told I needed a surgery which they cannot handle and instantly I was transferred to Lasuth on may 12th 2015. I got down from the car entered the surgical emergency with so much pain and they said there is no bed what am I doing here, that I should go back to the car that brought me . The nurses there did not even bother on the pin I was going through. One of my aunt who is a matron there came in and called one of there Boss in the surgical department and Immediately I was given a bed, doctors attended to me and that night the surgery was done and the pain gone. My advice when going to any general hospital ensure you know someone to help you out. I want to advice the nurses and doctors at the emerfency unit that they shod be patient with people and atleast attend to patients before transferring them to another place. Fastforward to my recovering in the ward I met great men and women. Till today we still remains friends. Alot of time I have gone to the clinic to say hi to them. They helped me at surgical ward A male. They are kind and understanding to the patients. -The environment too was clean -Team of Nurses and doctors for me was okay -The cost of drugs was high -Queues for xray and scan was terrible -I didn't eat their food cos its small and not that okay for me. -The ward attendants exort money from patients all in the name of helping them . Thank God I am okay now.

I visited this hospital in July of 2015 and it was terrible. This place should not be called a hospital. It looked like a large dirty market. The nurses and doctors were extremely rude, they acted like they were doing everyone a favor by even speaking to them. The wait time was ridiculous. We had to wait and sit outside for hours before we were attended to. The place does not look sterile at all.
